Nadji’s List (“we”, “us”) operates an online directory connecting Jamaican homeowners with verified tradespeople. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, and (for providers) business name, phone, WhatsApp, parish, category.
- Listing content: photos, descriptions, and any details you publish on your profile.
- Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, and anonymous device/browser info.
- Communications: messages you send through our contact form.
2. How we use it
- Run and improve the marketplace (search, profiles, messaging).
- Verify provider identities and prevent fraud.
- Send service-related emails (account, listing status, support replies).
- Measure aggregate site usage to improve the product.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Contact details on provider profiles (WhatsApp, phone, email) are shown to signed-in users so they can request quotes. We share data with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) only as needed to run the platform.
4. Your choices
You can update or delete your account at any time from your account page, or by emailing hello@nadjislist.com.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
