By using Nadji’s List you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Nadji’s List is a directory that connects Jamaican homeowners with tradespeople. We are not a party to any contract between a homeowner and a provider, and we do not perform the work ourselves.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password safe and provide accurate information.

3. Provider listings

• You must be legally allowed to offer the services you list.
• Listings must be truthful — no misrepresenting credentials, photos, or reviews.
• We may suspend or remove listings that violate these terms.
• Featured placement and verification badges are awarded by Nadji’s List and may be revoked.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, scraping, or illegal content. Don’t use the contact details on profiles for anything other than legitimate quote requests.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers — vet quotes carefully and ask for references.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Jamaican law, Nadji’s List is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any work performed by a listed provider.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new effective date here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
